Yoakum bank, branches change name

After 87 years, the First State Bank in Yoakum and its branch banks in Victoria and Moulton will have a new name.
Under the new name of Crossroads Bank, First State Bank will be united with branches of Community Bank of Victoria and Community Bank of Moulton. The rebranding reflects a desire to align the three individually named banks, solidify their local focus and distinguish them from the many other financial institutions, according to a news release from the bank.
