Local brewery preps for SA distribution

After BS Brewery won a gold medal for it’s brown ale — Pecan Ale with Honey — at the inaugural Can Can Awards, it’s now time for the business to focus on making more of its beer to ship out.

“The craft beer community looks at those awards and so our name is going to get out there even further ... people are going to hear about us more often and look for us on the shelves,” Jenna Schoemokel, co-owner and office manager of BS Brewing said.

Putting more of the award-winning Pecan Ale on shelves was just what BS Brewing was doing Friday morning as they canned the beer to ship to a new city for distribution.
