Why Texas ranks highly among 'Top States for Business'

Texas continues to be one of the top states in the U.S. for business, according to the latest edition of an annual survey conducted by CNBC.

Texas came in second in CNBC's rankings, which scored the states on about 60 measures of business competitiveness. Texas's No. 2 rank is the same as last year.
