Canadian manufacturer CGT US Ltd. is investing $30 million into its New Braunfels plant to add new production lines that will create 130 jobs. The Toronto-based company's Central Texas plant makes coated fabrics and vinyl films used for car dashboards, doors and seats. Crews have already started installing new casting lines, printers and inspection tables that are expected to double the plant's capacity. Central States Manufacturing officially opened its new branch in Seguin during a grand opening ceremony Wednesday morning. The business specializes in metal roofing and building products that are used in the construction of post frame steel buildings. They also produce standing seam products.   The Seguin Economic Development Corporation was recently recognized at the state level for bringing Niagara Bottle, Inc to the city. Yoakum residents are getting ready to saddle up as Circle Y Saddles prepares to construct a 30,000-square-foot warehouse in Yoakum. Yoakum Economic Development Corporation and Circle Y Saddles announced Friday the saddle maker is consolidating its two plants in Yoakum and Tennessee.
