Yoakum, Texas is home to Eddy Packing (national distributed meat packing company), Double D Ranchwear (nationally renowned designer women’s clothing), Circle Y Saddles and the Hochheim Prairie Insurance corporate headquarters.   The Yoakum High School girls golf team has qualified for the State Championship for the past 30 years and have brought home an unprecented 8 State Championships.
