As summer approaches, real estate heats up at area lakes

A new real estate report says Canyon Lake ranks as one of the most affordable large lakes in Texas, and says other area lakes have seen values increase since last year.

According to the 2018 Winter Lake Market Report, published by real estate company Lake Homes Realty, Texas' lake real estate has the highest values in the U.S. at more than $3 billion. By comparison, North Carolina coming in second at $2.1 billion. READ MORE...
