Goliad entrepreneurs breathe life into square

Two Goliad business partners are tired of watching their city's charming and historic square languish and are doing something about it.

"That's part of the point of this - to fill the square," said Kathy Johnson, 67.

"We are working very hard. Goliad is going to have the best square in Texas," added her friend and business partner, Gaye Urban, 79.
