How shall Texas go about remaking its economy?

If there's one thing we've all heard since the coronavirus-driven economic shutdown began, it's that we can't just pick up where we left off. Many activities we took for granted — our jobs, the goods and services we consume — will change for good if, indeed, they come back at all.

There's also an old saying that in chaos there is opportunity. It takes on special meaning in this land of opportunity — and by land of opportunity we mean these United States in general, but Texas in particular.
