Goliad brewery to release new beer (w/video)

Brewmaster Stefan Zurakowski has developed nine different beers and is about to release the brewery's tenth. Coastal Bend is an American pale ale. An American Pale Ale is described as medium-bodied and lighter in color with a moderate hop level.

Zurakowski chose to develop the new recipe around the citra hop, which is know for its citrus aroma and flavor.

The brewery is open from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and noon to 9 p.m. Saturday. It also has a beer garden and walking trails.
