Colliers International Announces Industrial Complex Sale in Cuero, Texas

Colliers International is pleased to announce that OHS Resources Corporation, headquartered in Houston, Texas, recently acquired a 336,000 square foot industrial complex located in Cuero, Texas from MV Cuero Partners, LLC. The property was formerly the Mt Vernon Mills cotton weaving facility. OHS Resources plans to use the facility as its main Texas product distribution center. OHS Resources produces and sells proprietary oil and gas drilling products, including its primary product WellWall, a drilling fluid and loss circulation material (LCM).
