Cuero hospital's new CEO implements communication system

Lynn Falcone has Cuero Community Hospital employees communicating with one another.

About two weeks after Falcone, 50, began work as the hospital's new chief executive officer, she started a daily safety huddle of department managers to connect departments throughout the hospital.

Falcone started work May 23, replacing former chief executive officer, Skip Gjolberg, who resigned in February.
