The City of Moulton is “The Friendliest Little City with a Heart as Big as Texas” and is located just 10 mile south of Interstate Highway 10 in Lavaca County, Texas.  The Moulton area was a favorite site for early Czech and German immigrants and their unique influence is still present today.  This area is also home to Rocky Creek Maze at Chaloupka Farm.  This 8-acre maze draws visitors from all of Central/South Central Texas during the fall season.

Naturally Beautiful Texas Landscapes

Fast Fact Image

Take a Spring drive in Cuero, Yorktown, Yoakum and all the little towns in between and experience why the Texas Legislature passed HR 769 on May 4, 1999 designating DeWitt County as the Wildflower Capital of Texas. The area becomes “an ocean of color” as the wildflowers begin to bloom and visitors come far and wide for this naturally beautiful Texas landscape.
